I definitely enjoyed hearing the audio portions of this training ... it makes understanding the concepts much easier, hearing them being put into practice. In fact, during my training I received a reservation call & tried out the top, middle, and bottom rate quoting technique - well ... I booked someone on our concierge level just by describing the amenities of that room type first & didn't even have to quote the standard room rate! WOW! - Rhona

Most hotel training you find, is the "jist" of it. This actually gave you examples, and what to do vs what not to do. I really liked the quiz at the end. This helps to know, and you can go back and read it again if necessary. - Tara
